Large Format: Trade Show Displays, Signs, Posters, Banners
When preparing files for large-format printing, please follow the guidelines listed below.

1. Download one of our templates for proper sizing of your files.
2. Work in CMYK format, not RGB.
3. Save your files as PDF or JPG with 100 - 150 dpi minimum resolution at 100% size.
4. Do not include bleeds.
5. Convert all fonts to outlines when possible.
6. Do not separate panels into individual files. Submit as one continuous file.

Digital & Offset Printing: Business Cards, Brochures, Flyers, Rack Cards, Postcards, Menus
When preparing files for digital & offset printing, please follow the guidelines listed below.

1. Work in CMYK format, not RGB.
2. Save your files as PDF with 300 dpi minimum resolution at 100% size.
3. Include crop marks and 1/8” bleed on all sides.
4. Convert all fonts to outlines when possible.
